My report is on James Cook. James Cook was born in the year of 1789 in Marton, England. His dad was a Scottish migrant farm worker. His dad taught him how to workn coal boats when he was eighteen. Cook spent most of his free time working and learning about math and navigation.

After arriving in Hawaii during the harvest festival Polynesians thought he was the god Lono. After leaving the island his mast broke forcing him to return to the island. The season of worship for Lono and Peace was over and it was the season of war so he was killed.
